Inquiry Data: Information provided by the Customer through contact forms or inquiries about the purchase of condominiums.

 

3. Use of Information

The Client's personal information will be used for:

Promotion and Advertising: To customize and optimize advertisements and promotions about the sale of condominiums on platforms, based on the interests and behaviors of the Client.

Inquiry Management: To respond to inquiries and provide detailed information about the condominiums and the purchase process.

Service Improvement: To analyze the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and improve our digital marketing strategies.

Commercial Communication: To send information about products, relevant updates and special offers related to the condominiums, provided that the Customer has consented to receive such communications.

In accordance with Law No. 8968 “Law for the Protection of the Person with respect to the Processing of Personal Data”, the Client has the following rights with respect to his or her personal information:

Access: Request access to the personal information that the Company holds.

Rectify: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.

Delete: Request the elimination of personal information under specific conditions.

Once the elimination of your personal information has been requested, the Company will proceed with such request or will inform the reasons why it considers it does not correspond within the term indicated in the Regulations, and in case there is no stipulation in this regard, within 5 working days.

Once the procedure for the elimination of your personal data has been completed, the Company will not have any record of your personal data in its databases.

Opposition: Oppose the processing of your information for specific purposes such as direct marketing or when deemed necessary.
